Global Vinter's Wine Conditioner is a convenient all-in-one sweetening solution made from liquid invert sugar and potassium sorbate. The potassium sorbate is included to keep the conditioner itself from fermenting, so you can safely back-sweeten your finished home wine without worrying about carbonation in the bottle. It can also be used to soften the sharpness of a young wine and help reduce aging time. Add per recipe or to taste. Available in 500ml.
