Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.
Most orders shipping to BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba under 30kg are eligible for $25 flat rate shipping. Courier (Canada Post, Purolator) calculated rates are also available for orders. Every shipping option your order is eligible for will show at check-out.
Orders shipping to the Maritimes, Territories, Newfoundland & Labrador, Ontario, and Quebec are not eligible for flat rate shipping.
The following orders over 30kg also qualify for the $25 flat rate:
- Up to 4 wine kits (any line)
- Up to 2 Micro Brew Kits
- Up to 2 pails of juice (Mosti Mondiale All Juice Original Wine Kits)
Excluded from flat rate shipping:
- 19L, 23L, and 27L carboys
- Primary fermenters
- Orders of 4 or more cases of bottles (every style except Belgian, limit of 6 cases)
- 22.7kg (50lb) & 25kg (55lb) bags of grain and rice hulls
- 22.7kg (50lb) bags of dextrose
Purolator may be used instead of Canada Post regardless of the shipping method selected due to strike actions and other factors.
Online orders are generally shipped out the same business day if placed before 12pm, and the following business day if placed after 12pm. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Any glass items ship at buyer's risk — we are not responsible for glass products that arrive damaged.
Large orders may ship in multiple shipments; you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Pallet pricing is only valid for large orders that cannot be shipped through other couriers.
We reuse boxes for shipping when possible to reduce waste. As a result, packaging may not match your product — rest assured your order is correct inside.
