We go to the preparation area and take whatever steps are required so your wine or beer is ready for fermentation. This will include some or all of the following, depending on your selection. Pouring your product into a primary fermenter. Adding filtered water. Adding Bentonite. Adding hops. Adding any other adjuncts specific to your wine, beer or cider.

You sprinkle the yeast into the Primary Fermenter.

We bring your product into our controlled environment for fermentation. We lovingly care for your product until it is ready for you to bottle. We do all the racking, fining, filtering, degassing, addition of required adjuncts and anything else that may be required.

Bottling Day Arrives!!! You come to the store and bottle your product. You can bring your own bottles or purchase new ones. We run the bottles through our commercial bottle washer that guarantees the cleanliness of the bottles.

You take your finished wine, beer or cider home and enjoy!! Most products will improve with age but are very drinkable from the day you get it home.
