Yeast Nutrient (Diammonium Phosphate) provides a vital source of nitrogen that helps yeast efficiently metabolize sugars into alcohol. It's especially beneficial for high-gravity wines and beers struggling to ferment out remaining sugars. Use ½–1 tsp per 4L, or as directed by your recipe.
