The Travel Berkey® is a compact, countertop gravity water purification system ideal for 1–3 people — perfect for everyday home use, camping, travel, or emergency preparedness. Built from highly polished AISI 304 stainless steel, it comes with 2 Black Berkey® Purification Elements that remove or reduce up to 99.9999999% of pathogenic bacteria and up to 99.999% of viruses — far exceeding EPA and NSF standards. The system purifies raw or untreated water, eliminating volatile organic compounds, trihalomethanes, heavy metals (including lead), pharmaceuticals, pesticides, PFCs, herbicides, and radiologicals, while retaining the healthy minerals your body needs.
Simply pour untreated water into the top chamber and gravity does the rest, dispensing clean water through the spigot in the lower chamber. With a 1.5-gallon lower chamber capacity and a flow rate of up to 2.75 gallons per hour, the Travel Berkey® delivers reliable purification with no electricity or plumbing required. Each set of 2 elements provides up to 3,000 gallons (approx. 2.5 years) of purification, and the system measures 7.5″ diameter × 18″ height, weighing just 6.13 lbs empty.
