Transform your Create+ Boiler 25 L, Grainfather G30, or T500 Boiler into a full alembic distilling system with the Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser. Together, these two copper components work in tandem to capture, enhance, and condense the flavours and aromas from your wash — making this setup ideal for crafting whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin.
Unlike a reflux condenser, the alembic design preserves the character of your wash rather than stripping it. The copper dome draws out unwanted compounds and off-flavours while retaining the aromatics that define a quality spirit. Vapour rises through the dome, passes into the condenser, and exits as smooth, flavourful distillate.
Both components connect via a 2" tri-clamp system, giving you the flexibility to experiment with different setups and accessories. The condenser is also compatible with the Grainfather Alembic Condenser Attachment Kit and Distilling Lid, making it suitable for larger-batch distilling on the G40 or G70.
