The Royal Berkey® is a large-capacity gravity water purification system ideal for families of 2–4, or anyone who wants a higher volume of purified water on demand. Built from highly polished AISI 304 stainless steel, it comes with 2 Black Berkey® Purification Elements that remove or reduce up to 99.9999999% of pathogenic bacteria and up to 99.999% of viruses — far exceeding EPA and NSF standards. It purifies raw or untreated water, eliminating volatile organic compounds, trihalomethanes, heavy metals (including lead), pharmaceuticals, pesticides, PFCs, herbicides, and radiologicals, while retaining the healthy minerals your body needs.
With a generous 3.25-gallon lower chamber and a flow rate of up to 4 gallons per hour, the Royal Berkey® is expandable to 4 Black Berkey® Elements for even faster output. Each set of 2 elements provides up to 6,000 gallons (approx. 5 years) of purification. At 9.5″ diameter × 18″ height and just 8 lbs empty, it delivers serious purification capacity without taking over your counter.
