Dry and refreshingly edgy, this white wine greets the palate with vibrant flavours of pineapple and unripe, crunchy apples with a lively bite of acidity — and with some age, it transforms beautifully, developing a rich, buttery mouthfeel that is simply hard to resist.
This full-bodied wine features medium oak and an approximate ABV of 13.2% when brewed, and is ready to enjoy in as little as 6–8 weeks. Aging is highly recommended, as bottle time allows the fruit and oak to integrate into a more rounded, complex expression.
