LiquorQuik® Maraschino Cherry Liqueur Essence is based on an old Venetian Dominican monastic recipe of distilled cherries, sweetened with honey and sugar, and aged in neutral barrels. Made with natural extracts, essential oils, and propylene glycol, each 20 mL bottle makes approximately 30 fl. oz. (850 mL). Add to grain alcohol or another neutral spirit to craft your own Maraschino cherry liqueur.
Certain essences may require additional ingredients such as sugar or cream. Full instructions are provided on each bottle.
