Replacement Priming Button for Black Berkey® and PF-2 Filter Elements
The Berkey® Replacement Priming Button is the foam rubber ring used to prime Black Berkey® Elements and PF-2 filters before first use. It fits between a Black Berkey® Element and a pressurized faucet, creating a seal that forces water through the element to eliminate tiny air pockets and maximize flow rate. It also performs the same priming function for the PF-2 fluoride and arsenic filters. A priming button is included with every set of Black Berkey® Elements, but in case of loss it can be purchased individually here.
