Light in colour and wonderfully refreshing, this wine charms with a subtle taste of vanilla beautifully intertwined with strawberries and other delicate light fruits — a gentle, approachable style that is perfect for any occasion.
This light-bodied wine has an approximate ABV of 12–14% when brewed and is ready to enjoy in as little as 6–8 weeks. Aging is highly recommended, as additional bottle time allows the fruit notes to soften and harmonize into a more refined and elegant expression. Labels are included, making this a delightful kit for the home winemaker.
