Shipping Policy

All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from our door to yours.

$25 Flat Rate Shipping

If you're in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba, most orders under 30 kg ship for a flat rate of $25.00 CAD. Easy!

Even if your order is over 30 kg, you still qualify for the $25 flat rate if it contains:

  • Up to 4 wine kits (all kits except 23L juice pails/kits)
  • Up to 2 Micro Brew Kits
  • Up to 4 Tundra Beer Kits

Unfortunately, flat rate shipping isn't available for orders going to Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, Newfoundland & Labrador, or the Territories.

What's Not Eligible for Flat Rate?

The following items don't qualify for the $25 flat rate due to their size or weight:

  • 19L, 23L, and 27L carboys
  • Primary fermenters
  • Orders of 4 or more cases of bottles (every style except Belgian, limit of 6 cases)
  • 22.7 kg (50lb) and 25 kg (55lb) bags of grain, adjuncts, and rice hulls
  • 22.7 kg (50lb) bags of dextrose
  • Mosti Mondiale Original All Juice Wine Kits (23L pails)
  • Orders of more than one set of 64-pack slim cans

Carrier-Calculated Rates

We ship via Canada Post and Purolator. All shipping options your order qualifies for will be shown at checkout — just pick what works best for you. Please note that your carrier may occasionally be substituted due to service disruptions or other factors outside our control.

When Will My Order Ship?

We're quick! Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on a business day are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST ship the next business day. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.

Pallet Shipping

Got a big order? For large orders that can't ship via standard courier, we offer pallet shipping right to your door.

Here's how it works: your card will be authorized for your full order amount including the freight deposit at checkout, but you won't be charged until everything is confirmed. Once we've organized a freight quote and you've given the green light, we'll send you an invoice for the freight balance. In some cases, we may even split the freight cost with you — just depends on the situation. Residential delivery isn't always available for pallet shipments, so contact us prior to ordering if you're unsure.

Glass Items

Please be aware that glass items are shipped at the buyer's risk. We are not responsible for glass products that arrive damaged in transit.

Our Packaging

We reuse shipping boxes whenever we can — it's better for the planet! The outside of the box might not match what's inside, but don't worry, your order is always correct. 📦
