This dry, medium-light bodied wine features medium oak and an approximate ABV of 13.6% when brewed, and is ready to enjoy in as little as 6–8 weeks. Aging is highly recommended, as Sangiovese's acidity gently mellows over time, allowing its full complexity and depth to emerge.
