The Mosti Mondiale Original All Juice Pinot Grigio is an ultra-premium home winemaking kit crafted from 23 litres of pure, pasteurized Pinot Grigio juice sourced from Italy. A fascinating varietal whose grape skin carries a distinctive grayish hue, often resulting in a beautifully deep golden-coloured wine — on the palate, it delivers elegant notes of pears and citrus with a refreshing crispness that makes it endlessly approachable.
This dry, medium-bodied wine has an approximate ABV of 13.1% when brewed and is ready to enjoy in as little as 6–8 weeks. Aging is highly recommended, as time in the bottle allows the fruit-forward character to develop greater depth and complexity.
