The Mosti Mondiale Original All Juice Lambrusco is an ultra-premium home winemaking kit crafted from 23 litres of pure, pasteurized Lambrusco juice sourced from Italy. Known in Italy as a wine traditionally produced with at least some level of sparkling or frizzante character, this kit is fermented dry to produce a wine of unique, individualistic character — concentrated jammy notes on the palate are beautifully complemented by vibrant cherry and raspberry elements on the nose.
This dry, medium-bodied wine features medium oak and an approximate ABV of 13.6% when brewed, and is ready to enjoy in as little as 6–8 weeks. Aging is highly recommended, as time in the bottle allows the wine's bold fruit and structure to mellow and integrate into a more refined and complex expression.
