Acid Blend is a balanced combination of malic acid, tartaric acid, and citric acid used in home winemaking and cider making to adjust and balance acidity for a well-rounded flavour profile. Use 1 tsp per 4L to raise acidity by approximately 1.5%, or adjust to taste.
