Bentonite

Bentonite is a natural clay-based fining agent that removes positively charged protein particles from home wine, eliminating protein haze and unwanted off-aromas. For best results, dissolve 2 tsp into ½ cup of warm water per gallon of wine and add it at the beginning of primary fermentation.
