Micro Brew Pilsner
Micro Brew has created a real Pilsner. With its golden hue and low bitterness, it will refresh the palate of connoisseurs. It has a floral nose with some notes of honey. Saaz hops give this beer herbaceous and spicy notes. The yeast included in the kit allows low temperature fermentation. It is important to ferment it at low temperature if you want to keep the fresh and dry side that is typical of a Pilsner.
Let this beer ferment for 1 week between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius. Raise the temperature between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius for the second week. Bottle and store the beer between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius between 1 to 2 months before tasting. (You can do a normal temperature fermentation, but the beer will be different).
