Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched with tracking numbers provided at the time of shipment.

Flat Rate Shipping — $25.00 CAD

Orders shipping to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba with a total weight under 30 kg are eligible for flat rate shipping at $25.00 CAD. The following orders exceeding 30 kg also qualify for the $25.00 flat rate:

  • Up to 4 wine kits (all kits except 23L juice pails/kits)
  • Up to 2 Micro Brew Kits
  • Up to 4 Tundra Beer Kits

Flat rate shipping is not available for orders shipping to Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, Newfoundland & Labrador, or the Territories.

Flat Rate Exclusions

The following items and order types are excluded from flat rate shipping:

  • 19L, 23L, and 27L carboys
  • Primary fermenters
  • Orders of 4 or more cases of bottles
  • 22.7 kg (50 lb) and 25 kg (55 lb) bags of grain and rice hulls
  • 22.7 kg (50 lb) bags of dextrose
  • Mosti Mondiale Original All Juice Wine Kits (23L pails)
  • Orders of more than one set of 64-pack slim cans

Carrier-Calculated Rates

Carrier-calculated rates via Canada Post and Purolator are available for all orders. All eligible shipping options will be presented at checkout. Please note that your carrier may be substituted for another, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, due to carrier service disruptions or other operational factors beyond our control.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on a business day are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be dispatched the following business day. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.

Pallet Shipping

Pallet shipping rates apply to large orders that cannot be accommodated by standard courier services. The rate shown at checkout is a deposit only — your card will be authorized for your order amount but will not be charged until a freight quote has been organized and approved by you. Once approved, we'll send an invoice for the freight balance. In certain situations we may split the cost of freight with you, but this is on a case-by-case basis. The final freight cost may increase from the deposit amount. Residential delivery is not guaranteed for pallet shipments.

  • Ontario, Quebec, Maritimes & Territories — $250 deposit

Multiple Shipments

Large orders may be fulfilled across multiple shipments. A tracking number will be provided for each individual shipment.

Glass Items

All glass items are shipped at the buyer's risk. Brew For Less Edmonton assumes no liability for glass products that sustain damage during transit.

Packaging

In the interest of sustainability, Brew For Less Edmonton reuses shipping boxes where possible. Exterior packaging may not reflect the contents of the order; however, all items within are verified correct prior to dispatch.
